- Ages 18 & over.
- Two swimmers per lane (6 lanes starting at 5:15am); (4 lanes starting at 7:15am).
- Circle swimming only. One directional swim as per state guidelines. Splitting of the lane is not allowed.
- 1 swimmer per lane A1 & B6 (daily starting at 7:15am). These lanes are for individuals who are not ready for lane sharing, water exercisers, and for our vulnerable population
- Swimmers are limited to (1) 45-minute time slot per day.
- Shower prior to entering the pool, showers located on the pool deck.
- Swimmers must wear a swim cap.
- You are encouraged to arrive in your bathing suit.
- Bring a towel, towels are not provided.
- Bring deck shoes (typical street shoes are not allowed on the pool deck).
- Locker rooms are available after swimming for changing. No showers, sauna, steam room, suit dryers, or hairdryers available.
- Members who change after swimming will exit out the main entrance doors in the lower lobby. Members who choose to leave wet will exit out the large pool.
- In addition to marked lane personal property areas, there are additional hooks on the wall for the lane you chose to swim in, bring a small bag to hang belongings.
- Ages 16 & over
- Two swimmers per lane A1 & B2;
- One swimmer per lane A3 & B4. Most suited for members who want to splash and play, not quite ready to share a lane and/or vulnerable population.

A moderately intense cardiovascular, strength and flexibility workout, Aquacise provides a fun and safe routine with minimal impact on the knees and other joints. This workout is good for anyone with injuries or joint problems, or anyone who loves the water.
Swimming proficiency is not mandatory but a general level of comfort in the pool is required. If you are new to class, please see the instructor before class begins so any concerns can be addressed. Come ready to make a splash and have a blast.
