ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Quest Summer Program is a 2-week experience designed to guide teens ages 14-16 to become future camp counselors. Teens will learn essential leadership skills and build self-confidence for life and the workforce. Teens will receive the following topics in their preparation:
- Introduction to the Y, History, Mission, and Core Values
- Camp Program Expectations
- Camp Program Scenarios
- Teamwork, Communication, Cooperation, Attitude, and Motivation
- And much more
