The Quest Summer Program is a 2-week experience designed to guide teens ages 14-16 to become future camp counselors. Teens will learn essential leadership skills and build self-confidence for life and the workforce. Teens will receive the following topics in their preparation:

  • Introduction to the Y, History, Mission, and Core Values
  • Camp Program Expectations
  • Camp Program Scenarios
  • Teamwork, Communication, Cooperation, Attitude, and Motivation
  • And much more

    $465 Family Member

    - A YMCA of Montclair membership
    - A $150 non-refundable deposit per session
