DOLPHINS SWIM TEAM

The YMCA of Montclair Dolphins Swim Team provides year-round opportunities for competitive swimming in both YMCA and USA Swimming events, as well as seasonal clinics for aspiring athletes. The program is rooted in developing healthy, confident, and values-driven individuals, using training and competition as pathways for growth. The Y fosters an environment that supports all levels of swimmers, from beginners to national competitors.

MONTCLAIR MAKOS WATER POLO TEAM

Montclair Makos YMCA Water Polo Team – A competitive team for co-ed youth ages 9–14, focused on building fundamental water polo skills such as head-up freestyle swimming, treading water, passing, and scrimmaging. The team will play local games in the NY metro area.
