New Discoveries

At New Discoveries Camp our staff believes it is important to meet every child’s physical, creative, and emotional needs. Children are given the opportunity to play with and meet new friends. They learn new games and skills during specialty activities, which include sports, STEM, nature, science, Healthy U nutrition, cooperative games, creative arts, drama, and instructional swim. Lastly, they grow both emotionally and physically throughout the summer, allowing them to develop confidence and build self-esteem while creating new memories.

    A YMCA of Montclair membership is required. Session 2 will be prorated in observance of 4th of July.

    At time of registration, the following is required: a $75 non-refundable deposit per session; and a $35 non-refundable deposit for before/aftercare selected per session.

LOCATION
New Discoveries Camp is located at the Montclair Community Pre-K facility at 49 Orange Road in Montclair. This child-friendly, fully-secured facility offers indoor and outdoor spaces for our fun-filled activities. The four youngest groups of campers are bussed to swim at our Geyer Family YMCA, while all other groups will take a short walk to our Park Street YMCA.
