Zumba- This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program. Come experience an exhilarating class filled with calorie-burning, body-energizing movements.
Chair Yoga- Is Yoga modified for those who find getting on and off the floor difficult. A chair is used for assistance and support. During this class you will perform a combination of yoga poses and meditation. Finish feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. You will need a steady chair. Have handy: water bottle and towel.
Meditation-. In this class, you will use many different techniques, styles, and intentions for the goal of general focus and center your mind to rid yourself of cluttering thoughts.
Pilates Mat-This contemporary class approach to the mind-body exercise focuses on strength, flexibility, and endurance training without adding bulk. An emphasis is placed on movement quality, posture, and breathing making this safe, challenging, and revitalizing workout.
PiYo- PiYo combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility-enhancing effects of yoga. This dynamic, energetic class is a full-body workout without straining your body.
Yoga Relax - This slow-flow yoga class will help you hit the reset button and tap into a deep sense of body awareness and presence as you focus on your breathing. You will move mindfully through rejuvenating poses and gentle stretches to get your blood pumping, create space, and bring it all inward for your final resting pose.
Yoga -Take time for yourself and experience how yoga can reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength. The class will be a combination of breathing techniques, postures, and meditation.
Bootcamp – Here you will work your body to its max in this fun yet challenging class filled with fitness drills, calisthenics, body weight, and cardio and strength movements.
Cardio Kickbox-Cardio kickboxing is a cardiovascular workout that uses punches and kicks to increase your heart rate. This fun, energizing class offers various levels to meet everyone's needs. Please have handy a mat and towel.
Core & More- Class aimed at improving your lower body and core. This class is for all levels. It incorporates exercises specifically designed to target your lower body and abdominals. Please bring a towel, mat, and water.
Functional Fusion – In Functional fusion exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work, or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
H.I.I.T- High. Intensity.Interval.Training this full-body workout brings the heat! Using interval training with high-intensity exercises. Improve your cardio, strength, and endurance!
Or, take advantage of our growing On Demand library of classes on MotionVibe. There’s a workout for all ages and ability levels. Y Instructor and Trainer Chris Fetchik has created a series of 11 Living Room workout videos. Each video is a 50-minute workout. There are MOSSA videos to choose from as well.
