fun, meeting friends and getting fit. Our Adult Basketball is based on keeping winning in perspective with fair play
and good sportsmanship. We strive to provide a quality adult sports program for our community.

Hit the courts with the folks who actually invented the game of volleyball – the Y! Bump, set and spike your way to fun and fitness with volleyball among friends. Have fun playing volleyball every Thursday night and Friday mornings. Anyone over 18 can play. Round up friends and come to the Y!

Are you serious about taking your conditioning to another level? Kettle Row Fusion will get you there. This class is a hybrid training system combining concept 2 rowers and kettlebells to build strength, cardio and explosive power.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (ages 13-Adult) is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It combines the disciplines of Striking, Brazilian JuJitsu and Grappling. This class is designed to progressively teach you the basics through intermediate skills of the sport. Learn to defend yourself and get in great shape while doing it! Expect some light contact.

Open Court Time for Full Members All racquets must have wall guards and wrist straps. Goggles must be worn at all times. Paddles not allowed on courts. Youth members must be accompanied on court by a parent or another adult.

Our Senior and Teen Center offers stimulating program and meeting space for active older adults during the day. After school it is available to our Teen members ages 13 to 18, giving them a safe place supervised by trained Y staff where they can do their homework, play games, learn and practice new skills and simply hang out.
The nearly 600 square foot center contains a large screen TV and a kitchenette. A variety of events are scheduled monthly, including game tournaments, arts and crafts and community service opportunities.
Membership is required, but guests can participate in special speaker programs and classes.
STRETCH, ENDURANCE, AND BALANCE – Level I class includes range of motion exercises incorporating gentle strengthening and balance, finishing with relaxation. Exercises are done standing or seated in a chair, utilizing various exercise props. Class does NOT include aerobics.
STRETCH, ENDURANCE, AND BALANCE – Level II class includes range of motion exercises, incorporating more challenging strengthening and balance exercises. Exercises are done standing or on floor mats, utilizing various exercise props. Class does NOT include aerobics.
STRETCH, ENDURANCE, AND BALANCE Level III class will help you develop muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance while promoting flexibility. Have fun moving to music, stretching and using light weights. Exercises include standing floor movement and mat work.
Class DOES include aerobics.
