INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL AND ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES:
Please follow the steps below in order to help you with the online process.

- If you know your login and password, your online account is already set up. Simply scroll down and “Click Here to Login and Register Now”.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
- If you do not know your login and password, please follow the steps below:
- You MUST have only one e-mail address on file in our membership database before you are able to register online and open your “Online Registration Account”.
- If we already have your e-mail address in our database, simply scroll down and “Click Here to Login and Register Now”
- This will bring you to the Member Portal.
- If you do not know your Login and Password, click on “Retrieve Login”.
- Type in your e-mail address. As long as we have a match for your e-mail in our database, your Login information will be sent to you immediately via e-mail.
- If you receive a message stating that there were no e-mail matches found in our database, you may either:
- Contact us at registration@montclairymca.org and send us your e-mail address. Please list ALL members of your family including members at our Family Center facility.
- Come into one of our facilities in person and fill out an e-mail address form.
- Once we have entered your e-mail address information into our database, you will be able to access your on-line account. Please continue to review the instructions below before you proceed to login.
- If you have any difficulty, please contact us at registration@montclairymca.org or call our support line at (973) 415-6114.
- Once you know your Login and Password, your online account is ready to use!

- Once you have established an On-Line Account, you are able to access anything on our Member Service Portal.
- Under the heading Transactions, please click the appropriate heading - Register for Classes, Renew Memberships, and Pay Outstanding Balances.
- Scrolling down on the main page under “My Account” you can change your account settings, including customizing your Login and Password.
