INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE CAMP PAMENTS

If you know your login and password, your online account is already set up.  Simply click here to login as a Registered User.  Under Transactions, click “Pay Outstanding Balance”.

If you do not know your login and password, please follow the steps below:

• If you have an e-mail address on file in our membership database, simply click here to access our “Self Service Portal” and click on either "Retrieve Login" under Registered User or “Click Here” under First Time Users.  Your login and password will be e-mailed to you immediately!
  
  
• If you do not have an e-mail address in our membership database, you will receive a message stating that there was no matching email address with instructions on how to contact us.
  
  
• There are two options available to get us your e-mail address:

• Contact us at registration@montclairymca.org to send us your e-mail address.  Please list ALL members of your family including members at our Family Center facility.
• Come into the Park Street facility in person and give us your e-mail address.
  
  
• Once we have entered your e-mail address into our database, first time users can retrieve their “login” and "password” through our “Self Service Portal” found on our website, by entering their e-mail address under First Time Users - “Click Here”.  Your login and password will be sent back to you immediately via e-mail.
  
  
• Your online account is now ready to use!

• You can pay outstanding balances by clicking “Pay Outstanding Balances” under Transactions.
