The YMCA Of Montclair and the Township of Montclair’s Department of Recreation & Cultural Affairs 34th Montclair Run will feature a 2 mile fun run/walk and a 10K (6.2 mile) road race on June 5, 2016. Other events include a health fair, sports massages, a DJ spinning tunes, games for kids and a moonwalk.
Both organizations have been dedicated to helping the community improve their health and wellness. The Montclair Run is a great way for serious runners and families to kick off the start of the summer. More than 1,400 runners, walkers, volunteers and spectators of all ages from across Essex County and beyond are expected to participate.
Proceeds of the Montclair Run will be used for YMCA of Montclair and Montclair Recreation scholarships.
