Move Well Today is the YMCA of Montclair’s Diabetes Exercise Program. It can help you get fit while you manage your diabetes and/or changes in your HbA1c levels. A certified instructor provides you with educational information, a tailored exercise program and nutritional counseling.
The exercise component is tailored for your specific diabetes and exercise needs. It includes warm-up cardio stations, strength training, core conditioning, flexibility training and a cool down.
