Personal Fitness Certification Course
Grades 4 - 7
This course teaches basic personal fitness
training principles through action. Course content includes
cardiovascular, strength & flexibility training, sound nutrition
habits and more. Successful completion of this class allows participants
the privilege to use both cardio rooms on their own, (however, they must be
accompanied by a parent in the weight room). There is a written and practical
test along with an 80% attendance requirement. Class meets once each week.
